What do I need to join an online class?

You need to visit our site, subscribe, choose a class, and pay.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept several types of payments, including credit cards, PayPal, direct transfers and others.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you miss a live session you can go online and review what was done and do the exercises, you can also contact your teacher.

Do your teachers speak French or Creole?

Some speak, French, some speak Creole, all speak Spanish and some speak 2 or more languages.

Can I choose the teacher I prefer?

Unfortunately no, teachers are assigned to classes.

How long does each session last?

Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Can I take the courses at any hour I want?

Each class has exercises you can practice on at any time, but the sessions themselves being live have fixed hours.

How do I know which level to join?

If you do not know which level to join, we offer a placement exam for free.

Do you offer other languages?

Not at the moment, but they are in the works, so check often to see when they become available.

Is there an app for the classes?

An app is being developed, check our social media to know when it will launch.

What happens if I fail a course?

If you fail a course you will have to retake the course before progressing any further.
